Will I get 100% profit split if you don’t pay my reward in 24 hours?
TL;DR
Yes — if your Performance Reward is not paid within 1 business day from its approval, PropXP will pay that reward at 100% profit split instead of your normal split. Performance Rewards are subject to approval and processing rules, and the standard docs already frame timing in business days, not calendar days.
How it works
The key trigger here is approval.
That means the countdown does not start when:
- you become eligible,
- you submit the request,
- or you start refreshing your inbox like a day trader watching NFP.
It starts once the reward has been approved.
If the approved reward is not paid within 1 business day, then that reward is paid at 100% profit split instead of your normal profit split.
Business days only
This rule is based on business days, not calendar days.
So:
- Weekends do not count
- Bank holidays do not count
- If the next day is not a business day, the deadline moves to the next business day
Example timeline
So no, “it has been 24 literal hours” is not the test.
The test is whether 1 business day has passed since approval.
Common gotchas
- The timer starts from approval, not from request submission.
- This rule applies to an approved Performance Reward that has not been paid on time.
- Business day means a normal working day. Weekends and bank holidays push the timeline forward.
- If your reward is under additional review, approval may not have happened yet. The standard docs also allow review/compliance checks to affect processing.
- Once you request a reward, you must stop trading until it is confirmed and paid (or rejected/cancelled), otherwise you may create eligibility problems for yourself.
Example
Your reward is approved on Friday afternoon.
- Saturday is not a business day
- Sunday is not a business day
- If Monday is a normal business day, payment is due by Monday
- If Monday is a bank holiday, then the deadline moves to Tuesday
If that approved reward is still not paid by the end of the applicable next business day, then that reward should be paid at 100% profit split instead of your normal split.
