Will I get 100% profit split if my reward is not paid within 24 hours?

We always do our best to review and process reward requests as quickly as possible. However, unfortunately, no — the previous 24-hour reward processing policy and the associated 100% profit split guarantee are no longer applicable.

Due to the increased volume of reward requests and the more comprehensive Risk & Compliance reviews required before approval, it is no longer operationally possible for us to guarantee that every reward will be processed within 24 working hours.

Reward requests are generally reviewed and processed within 24 to 72 business hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Please keep in mind that this is an estimated processing timeframe rather than a guaranteed deadline, as some cases may require additional Risk, Compliance, KYC, payment, or account verification.
