Where can I locate the login credentials for my trading account?
TL;DR
We email your credentials the second your account is ready. If you cannot find the email, pull them directly from your PropXP dashboard.
How it works
Trader, finding your credentials is not a complex puzzle. The moment your purchase is confirmed, our system sends your MT5 login details straight to your registered email.
Check your inbox. If it is empty, check your spam folder (if it’s there, mark our email as “not spam” immediately so you do not miss future Performance Rewards approvals or other important info.)
You can also bypass your inbox entirely. Get your details from the dashboard:
- Log in to https://app.propxp.com/login.
- Click on “Home”.
- Locate the account you want and click the “Credentials” button.
- A popup will hand you your login number, password, and the exact server.
Copy them into your terminal and start managing your risk properly.
Common gotchas
- The spam folder is undefeated. Look there before flooding our support team with tickets complaining about missing details.
- Your portal password is not your MT5 password. Do not mix them up.
- Watch your spaces. Copying a hidden blank space at the end of your password will reject your login.
Example
You buy a Challenge and your inbox looks empty. Instead of panicking, you open your spam folder and find the credentials waiting for you. You mark the email as safe. Or, you skip the email, log into your PropXP dashboard, click the “Credentials” button, and copy the details directly into MT5. The market favors action, don’t idle on minor matters.
