What payment methods are available?
TL;DR
You can pay with:
- All major credit/debit cards
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Crypto (wide selection, including BTC, USDT, USDC across multiple networks)
How it works
- Log in to your PropXP dashboard (or create an account).
- Choose your Challenge and any add-ons.
- Add your coupon code (one per purchase).
- Click Continue > fill in billing details > accept T&Cs > Place Order.
- You’ll land on the unified checkout where you select card / Apple Pay / Google Pay / crypto.
- Once payment is confirmed, your account is typically created within a few minutes.
Common gotchas
- Card declines are usually boring: wrong billing details, bank blocks, 3-D Secure not completed, or insufficient funds. Double-check your details before you blame the universe.
- Crypto needs precision: send the exact amount requested, on the exact network shown at checkout. Wrong network = support ticket day.
- Fees can bite: network fees/volatility can make your received amount come up short. If that happens, we may ask you to top up the difference before the account is created.
- Confirmations aren’t instant: card is usually immediate; crypto can take longer depending on network congestion/confirmations.
- Don’t pay “support” in DMs: only pay through the official checkout. If someone asks you to send crypto to a random address, that’s not support, that’s a scam.
Example
You pay with crypto and don’t get a confirmation email within ~30 minutes. The most common reason is underpayment (price moved or fees reduced the received amount). Support will typically ask you for the transaction hash (TXID) and, if needed, a small top-up to complete the order.
