Funded Account
Getting started
- What is the dashboard update frequency and what counts as “official”?

Risk limits (the account-killers)
- What is the 1% max floating loss rule?
- Slippage & micro-breaches: “I only went over by $0.01”

Orders & execution edge cases
- What happens if the dashboard is delayed and I breach “before it updates”?
- Can I modify SL/TP manually if an EA placed the initial SL?

Breaches, penalties, reviews, appeals
- VPN / VM / shared IP / unusual login behavior: what gets flagged

- Refund policy: when refunds are/aren’t possible
Security & compliance
What is PropXP (and is it simulated or live trading)?
TL;DR
PropXP is a prop-style trading evaluation: you trade on demo accounts with simulated funds to prove your trading skills. No deposits, no “live brokerage account” in your name.
How it works
- You buy access to a Challenge (or Instant Funding account) and receive MT5 credentials.
- The Challenge stages are simulated (demo, simulated funds).
- If you meet the objectives and stay within the rules, you may be invited to a funded program (under separate terms) where you can claim real money performance rewards based on your simulated performance.
- Instant Funding accounts grant you direct access to the funded program, without the need to pass a challenge.
Common gotchas
- “Simulated” doesn’t mean “free pass”: rules still include things like equity-based limits (floating losses count).
- Your platform execution (spread/slippage) is still real-market-like: don’t ignore costs.
- Treat it like real money anyway, your future self will thank you.
- If you’re unsure what’s allowed (EAs, hedging, etc.), check the Rules/FAQ or ask before you YOLO it.
Example
You buy a Challenge, trade EURUSD on MT5, hit objectives without breaching drawdown or breaking other rules: you become eligible for the funded stage (separate agreement). Funded stage is also simulated, but your results can earn you real performance rewards (eligibility criteria apply.)
