What are the payment methods available for performance rewards?
TL;DR
Performance rewards are currently paid in USDT (TRC20) or USDT (ERC20). We’re working on adding more payout options.
How it works
- When you submit a performance reward request, you’ll choose (or provide) a payout wallet address for USDT.
- You select the network:
- TRC20 (Tron) — typically faster/cheaper fees
- ERC20 (Ethereum) — more universal, usually higher fees
- PropXP will send the reward in USDT to the address/network you provided.
- As new payout methods become available, they’ll appear in the reward request flow.
Common gotchas
- Wrong network = pain. If you give an ERC20 address and pick TRC20 (or vice versa), you can lose funds. Triple-check.
- Exchange deposits: if you’re sending to an exchange wallet, make sure that exchange supports the exact network you selected.
- Fees vary: ERC20 fees can be higher. If you care about fees, TRC20 is usually the calmer option.
- Address format matters: copy/paste, don’t freestyle. One character wrong and your neighbour gets your dough.
- If you’re not 100% sure, do a tiny test transfer to your own wallet first (not from PropXP, just for your own sanity).
Example
You want the cheapest transfer. You choose USDT TRC20, paste your Tron USDT address, confirm the network matches, then submit the request. If you chose ERC20 by mistake, you’d likely pay more in fees, or worse, send to the wrong network.
