Getting started
- What is the dashboard update frequency and what counts as “official”?

Risk limits (the account-killers)
- What is the 1% max floating loss rule?
- Slippage & micro-breaches: “I only went over by $0.01”
- Do spreads/commissions/swaps count toward drawdown?
- What time does the trading day reset (timezone) and why it matters

- Third-party access: can someone “help manage” my account?
- Trade copying: what’s allowed vs forbidden
- Are EAs allowed? (what’s OK vs what gets you flagged)
Orders & execution edge cases
- What happens if the dashboard is delayed and I breach “before it updates”?
- Can I modify SL/TP manually if an EA placed the initial SL?
- Platform disruptions (disconnects, freezes, VPS outages): what happens?
- Pending orders around news/weekend: what you must cancel vs can keep
- Do open trades count toward limits (floating PnL)?
Breaches, penalties, reviews, appeals
- VPN / VM / shared IP / unusual login behavior: what gets flagged
- Appeals process: what evidence do you accept?
- Violations & penalties: what happens after a breach/review?

- Hard vs soft breach: do warnings exist?
Performance rewards

- What is the minimum reward amount?
- How often can I get paid?
- Must stop trading while a reward request is processing
- What are the eligibility criteria for performance rewards?
- How do performance rewards work (and when you can request them)?
Billing, accounts, policies
- What is the max allocation in PropXP?
- What payment methods are available?
- Can I reset, retry, or restart a failed account?
- Inactivity: what happens if I don’t trade for 30 days
- Multiple accounts: Can I have more than one?
- Refund policy: when refunds are/aren’t possible
Security & compliance
What are the eligibility criteria for performance rewards?
TL;DR
Requirements are different for funded accounts obtained by passing challenges and Instant Funding accounts.
Rewards eligibility for funded accounts from challenges
If you passed a challenge and got your funded account, you are eligible when:
- You have at least 1% in simulated profit on initial account balance.
- The 40% consistency rule satisfied.
- Full compliance with all rules + any add-on policies that apply to your account.
Rewards eligibility for Instant Funding accounts
If you have an Instant Funding account, you are eligible to claim a performance reward when:
- You have at least 1% in simulated profit on initial account balance.
- You have at least 5 profitable trading days (profitable trading day = at least +0.5% realized profit on start-of-day balance.)
- The 20% consistency rule satisfied.
- Full compliance with all rules + any add-on policies that apply to your account.
- At least 2 weeks have elapsed from your first trade on the account or from the first trade after your last reward.
How it works
Funded accounts from challenges (after One-Phase or Two-Phase)
You’re eligible to submit a reward request on a funded account when all of these are true:
- Minimum simulated profit: your account is at least +1% from initial balance (i.e. you’ve got at least 1% in closed/realized simulated profit on initial account balance.)
- 40% consistency rule: your best profit day ≤ 40% of total profit for the current reward period; if you’re over 40%, you don’t “fail”, you just need more profit spread across more days until the ratio drops.
- Rules + add-ons: you must be inside all risk + conduct rules, and if your account has restrictions unless you bought an add-on (e.g., news/weekend), you must comply with those policies too.
Instant Funding accounts (no passing a challenge required)
You’re eligible to submit a reward request on an Instant Funding account when all of these are true:
- Minimum simulated profit: Your account is at least +1% from initial balance (i.e. you’ve got at least 1% in closed/realized simulated profit on initial account balance.)
- 20% consistency rule: Your best profit day ≤ 20% of total profit for the current reward period; if you’re over 20%, you don’t “fail”, you just need more profit spread across more days until the ratio drops.
- Rules + add-ons: You must be inside all risk + conduct rules, and if your account has restrictions unless you bought an add-on (e.g., news/weekend), you must comply with those policies too.
- 5 profitable trading days: For the current reward cycle, you have recorded at least 5 days (also non-consecutive) where your net realized profit at the start of the day was at least +0.5% compared to the previous day.
- At least 2 weeks have elapsed from your first trade on the account or from the first trade after your last reward.
Common gotchas
- “1% minimum” is a hard line, not a vibe. If you have +0.9% in realized profits, you are not eligible.
- Consistency is the classic blocker: you can be in profit and still not be eligible yet because one day is too dominant. Having funded status doesn’t mean you should YOLO your way to a reward, that often leads to an account breach.
- “I didn’t buy the add-on” isn’t a loophole. It’s just… a rule you still have to follow.
- Your reward is tied to closed results (balance-based). Floating profit doesn’t count as “requestable.”
- Rules between funded accounts from challenges and Instant Funding accounts are different, read them… then read them again. You know, just to make sure.
Example
You have +$550 closed simulated profit on a $50k funded account from a One-Phase challenge you passed. Your best day is +$330.
Consistency check: $330 / $550 = 60% → not eligible yet.
To make $330 equal 40%, you need a total profit of $825 (because 330 / 0.40 = 825). So you need +$275 more, without exceeding +$330 in a single day.
