What are PropXP affiliate advertising and disclosure policies?

Below you will find the affiliate program guidelines on fair behavior and advertisement. Please read the carefully and use them alongside the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.

Do I need to disclose that I’m an affiliate?

Yes, disclosure is a legal/advertising requirement in many jurisdictions.
PropXP’s affiliate terms also require you to clearly identify yourself as a third-party referrer and avoid misleading claims.
Regulators and ad standards bodies explicitly expect affiliate relationships to be disclosed (FTC guidance in the US; ASA/CAP guidance in the UK).
Practical disclosure examples (simple and compliant):
  • “Affiliate link: I may earn a commission if you sign up.”
  • “Use my code “XYZ”, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.”

What promotional styles are allowed (and not allowed)?

PropXP encourages honest reviews, educational content, and community promotions, as long as it’s accurate.
PropXP prohibits misleading claims like “guaranteed payout” / “risk-free income,” fake endorsements/screenshots, trademark abuse/brand-bidding ads, and anything that violates laws/platform policies.

Can I run Google Ads or paid search to promote PropXP?

You must not bid on search keywords that are identical or confusingly similar to PropXP trademarks/brand/domains (brand bidding is treated as a serious breach that can lead to termination and loss of unpaid commissions).

Can I send affiliate promos by email or mass messaging?

If you plan to send marketing emails or mass messages referencing PropXP, its products, or IP, PropXP requires prior consent. You’re also responsible for ensuring your audience has valid consent to receive your marketing under applicable anti-spam/marketing laws.

Can I use PropXP logos/banners and make my own creatives?

You may only use approved designs (banners/images/logos/landing pages) provided by PropXP or approved in writing, and you can’t alter them without permission. You also can’t register confusingly similar domains/profiles/identifiers.

Can I “hack” tracking (cookie stuffing, forced redirects, link manipulation)?

No. PropXP explicitly forbids manipulating affiliate links, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, deceptive tracking methods, or interfering with tracking systems. PropXP’s internal tracking records are final for commission calculations.
