Third-party access: can someone “help manage” my account?

Severity Critical

TL;DR

No. If someone else logs in, trades, or “manages” your account, it’s forbidden.

How it works

  • Third-party trading/account sharing makes it impossible to verify ownership and fair participation, so PropXP bans it.
  • PropXP also monitors suspicious access patterns (VPN/VM/shared IP/unusual location jumps) as a compliance/fraud topic.

Common gotchas

  • “Passing services” are the fastest route to a dead account and a permanent ban.
  • Sharing credentials with a friend or mentor is still sharing credentials.
  • Remote desktop + someone “just clicking for you” = third-party access.
  • If you need help, ask for education, not execution. (We’re traders, not babysitters.)

Example

You give your MT5 login to someone to “manage risk” while you’re at work. That’s third-party access. Forbidden.
