TL;DR
Once you click Request Reward, you stop trading until it’s confirmed + paid. Not “recommended”. Required.
How it works
PropXP’s flow is explicit: after requesting a reward, wait until you (1) receive the confirmation email, and (2) receive the reward.
Common gotchas
- “I only placed one trade while waiting” can still cost you the reward.
- If you trade after submitting (before confirmation), your request may be cancelled or rejected.
- Don’t assume “dashboard says pending” = safe to trade. Pending = hands off.
- If you’re unsure whether it’s processed, ask support before you click again or place trades.
Example
You request a reward at 10:00. At 12:00 you see EURUSD setting up and take a quick scalp. That single scalp can make your reward request ineligible and get it cancelled/rejected.
