Security & compliance
How fast do I get my account credentials after payment?
TL;DR
Usually within a few minutes after payment is processed. If it’s not there after a reasonable time: check spam, then contact support.
How it works
- After payment confirmation, PropXP automatically creates an account on the trading platform you chose.
- You receive an email with account number + password + server name, and the account appears in your dashboard.
Common gotchas
- Spam folder is undefeated. Check it first. If it’s there, make sure you mark it as not spam and add the address to your contacts/white list. This way you will get allfuture emails.
- Portal password ≠ trading platform password (resetting one doesn’t change the other.)
- Rare delays can happen due to payment verification / system load.
- If you used the wrong email at signup, support can help—don’t brute-force it.

You buy a challenge at 10:05 → by ~10:10 you receive MT5 credentials and see the account under My Challenges.
