Appeals process: what evidence do you accept?

TL;DR

We’ll review genuine issues, but you need evidence. Send a clear ticket with IDs, timestamps, and trading platform proof (history + journal).

How it works

If you believe a breach/review outcome is factually wrong (execution anomaly, platform outage, misclassification), submit an appeal with:

  • Account ID
  • Symbol + ticket/order IDs
  • Timestamps (server time if possible)
  • Screenshots or video of the trading platform’s trade history and journal
  • A short timeline: “what happened / when / why you think it’s wrong”

If the issue is truly on PropXP’s side (major outage / widespread fault), we can verify it and correct the damage, but “trust me bro” won’t get you a new account.

Common gotchas

  • “Dashboard lag” isn’t evidence. Platform logs are.
  • Screenshots without IDs/timestamps are basically fan art, they don’t count.
  • Appeals are for technical/factual mistakes, not for “I got wicked out” or “spread widened.”

Example

You claim a platform freeze caused a breach. A solid appeal includes: order IDs, platform journal showing disconnect time, and the exact minute equity crossed the line. That’s reviewable. “My internet died” is not.
